12. A cystocoele bulging out of the vaginal entrance during straining.
If you held a mirror at your vagina and strained, this is what a cystocoele would look like. The lump "balloons" out from above. The cause is damage to the middle ligaments and the tissues of the front wall of the vagina, "2", in the preceding diagrams.
